A Day in history of Airbus helicopters
In March 2015 Airbus Helicopters announced production of upgraded version of H135 helicopters, formerly known as EC135 T3/P3. In Europe over 700 flights are cancelled annually because of bad weather and poor visibility. This is about to change with the introduction of new navigational instruments and flight procedures that use satellite-based GPS technology, installed on H135.
Light twin-engine helicopter H135 is famous for its endurance, capability and affordability. It is one of the most low noise helicopters in its class and it is very important for customers performing flights over cities and populated areas, particularly for customers performing EMS missions. 25% of the world EMS missions are provided on H135 aircraft.
Up to date about 1200 helicopters H135 were delivered to more than 60 countries. Total flight time of H135 world fleet is more than 4 mln hours. In Russia by May 2017 they operated seventeen H135 helicopters.
