Cargo customs declaration (certified duplicate)
Export certificate of airworthiness for aircraft (original)

A notarized power of attorney from the owner to an employee of our institution
Documentary certificate of ownership of the aircraft (certified duplicate of the contract of sale)
Maintenance contract (notarized duplicate)
Contract for conducting a control flight (certified duplicate)
