The Airbus Helicopters H135 (Eurocopter EC135 T2/P2) helicopters are multi–purpose light-class vehicles manufactured in Germany with two engines.

Features of the model

The Eurocopter is piloted by one person. The number of passengers is up to 7 people. The machine has increased safety, high controllability. The main rotor has a springless device. Stabilization is provided by a finestron with anti-torque.

The EC135 has a reduced volume – only 6.5 dBA. This is less than the most stringent ICAO standards. According to the parameter, the helicopter is ahead of all competitors in its class. Silence increases the comfort of passenger transportation. This is also facilitated by a system that effectively eliminates vibrations. In hovering mode, the vertical oscillations are only 0.1 g.

The redundant transmission lubrication and cooling system implemented in the design increases the reliability of the device.

The protection of people is increased by the use of energy-absorbing seats and the design of the body, protected from impacts of fuel tanks. This makes it possible to make a hard landing without causing damage to the pilot and passengers.

The helicopter is equipped with two types of engine: PRATT & WHITNEY PW 206B2 (model P2) and TURBOMECA Arrius 2B2 (model T2). The engines are characterized by wear resistance, dynamic characteristics. The power reserve ensures further flight or safe landing even if one of them fails.
